Digital products: Can not be refunded; once the purchase is completed and the digital file is provided, you have agreed to these terms.

Physical products: You have a legal right to return and refund your purchase within 30 days of your purchase. To refund your physical product, such as posters, please follow the steps provided with your purchase.

Shipping

Shipping fees for physical products are added at checkout, the amount may vary depending on your location/country. Your purchase should be delivered within 5-7 workdays. Anagram reserves that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances outside Anagram’s responsibility, however, Anagram always tries to provide you with fast and safe shipping alternatives.

Digital products have no shipping fee.

Digital Patterns

All digital patterns created and provided by Anagram are made by the owner and creator, Rebecca.

Digital download sewing patterns: When you complete a purchase, you get access to a Zip-file via email that contains all you need to know for your project. The sewing pattern is printable and is easily marked with a letter/number pattern to simply assemble before you cut out your pattern pieces.

Digital download knitting, crocheting, clay or macramé pattern: All instructions or pattern pieces you need will be part of a Zip-file provided to you via email once your purchase is completed.
